Re-Read The Books You Read 1st In Your MLM Career
I picked up a book that I had read in my first few weeks in the network marketing industry, “Being the Best You Can Be in MLM” by John Kalench. When I first read it, it seemed to make sense, in the same way that a school text book would. I learned lots of things that I could incorporate in my MLM business.
Having read it through again 5 years down the line, I realised that I had missed so much the first time round. It made so much more sense to me. It wasn’t just a text book, it was an insightful work that I could relate too. The problems described in the book were real problems that I had experienced and the solutions far more meaningful and relevant to my situation. Rather than just reading this book, I studied it, made copious notes, re-read chapters until I felt that I fully understood the messages they contained.
And then, I re-read it. Then I re-read another of his books, 17 Secrets of the Master Prospectors. And the impact was again so much greater the second time round.
Sadly, John Kalench is no longer with us. he was cruelly taken from us in May, 2000, but his books will continue to inspire network marketers around the world for many years to come. These books are masterpieces in their niche and there is far to much to take in by just reading them. Read them once, twice, three times. Study them and soak up the knowledge and the inspiration that they contain.
